Handmade Mermaid Party Hat

This fabulous party hat has 2 mermaids, pearls, starfish and seashells to make the day super mermaidesque & dreamy! I laser cut each one, attach to a satin headband for a polished look and inspect for issues before sending it your way. It gives a very polished look that goes well with any themed party! See the last photo for paper styles to choose from. When I can match the color to the satin headband I will, otherwise it gets white.
